 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds (for home accessories)

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized furniture (including size, color, fabric, or finish requests).

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly by the customer.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • All furniture items are non refundable.

 Process for Returns (for home accessories)

  • Contact our customer service team at tfghomeph@gmail.com within the return period.

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging for verification.

  • Once approved, we will arrange pick-up or advise on the return shipping process.

 Refunds (for home accessories)

  • Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item. 

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders (for home accessories)

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible for customized or already-shipped items.
